About Us

Purchased by my parents, Mike & Kathy Yacubich, B & B Tax has gone through many changes over the years and it has become a staple within the East Islip community.

It has been family owned business for over 50 years and has become a trusted provider of quality Accounting, Tax Preparation and Financial Services to East Islip and surrounding towns for all this time.

From the early days of preparing returns for clients using adding machines, ledgers and pencils to complete forms to be mailed to the IRS, to the present day with computer software, online filing and rapid refunds my parents worked tirelessly to make B & B Tax Service the quality organization is today.

My parents went through some tough times over the years, but my Mom always held things together. From family illnesses such as my Father’s Heart Attack and subsequent Triple Bypass, to her own struggles with Breast Cancer. Through it all my Mom never let B & B Tax clients down and worked until her final days to make everyone comfortable.

My sister Debbie and I worked with our parents in the early days collating returns for extra money. My three children, Mike, Missy and Christina, carried on the tradition and have each spent time working at our office in various ways until they found their own career path.

After graduating, I stayed on with the practice and for the past 25 years have been preparing returns alongside my Father until his passing in 2018.

My wife Susan works alongside me daily and is committed to ensuring that our clients get the best service we can provide.

As you can see most of my family has participated in making B & B Tax Service what is today.

We are proud to carry on my Parents legacy and will work hard to keep providing quality service to our clients like my Parents worked so hard to do.
